Course Description

The course considers the insurance business from the broking perspectives; it gives insight in the broking as an intermediary function necessary for the insurance business activities. It will provide technical knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a broking business and provide quality services to the clients

 Course Objectives

  1. To understand the influence of the customer behavior on insurance buying
  2. To understand role of the broker in the design and operations of the insurance business
  3. To develop skills for insurance selling and serving the client’s needs
  4. To understand the services available from the brokers and the benefits to the clients
